Gaming on the Apple M2 MacBook Air

There is a useful and detailed assessment for gamers on this lates Apple product on Wired.

For avid gamers it is a useful guide to what you can and can’t expect for different products and games.

While, it says, the MacBook Air is fine for casual gaming but the assessment becomes more complicated when considering AAA titles.

It finds that “The user experience is mixed with touchscreen games that haven’t been optimized for Mac as fully universal apps”.

Streaming of games, it says has solved many problems but: “There are downsides: a touch of lag, along with some visual fuzz and dropped frames.”
