I had an issue with my laptop. Stood to lose all my docs: a great deal of work which I (foolishly) hadn't backed up. I was also on a time crunch because I had to be in another city 36hrs after I dropped off my device. Many thanks to Greg and his techs for saving ALL of my data as well as upgrading my system. They did this in-time for me to be where I needed to be; they were professional and absolutely lovely to deal with. I'm very grateful, and highly recommend their services to anyone stuck in a techy bind.

Dropped my MacBook Air off at the workshop of Ross-IT and they spent a week conducting tests to identify a problem I’d been experiencing for a couple of months. In the end their thoroughness (including a good deal of housekeeping!) got the MacBook running sweetly again and made me a very happy man!

Took my new laptop to the Ross IT team when it developed a fault. They spent a few days trying to recover it, but to no avail due to a hardware issue. They were super clear, very open, and as they couldn't make any progress didn't charge me. I returned the old laptop and came back to Ross IT later on and purchased from them a really excellent refurbished unit which is working flawlessly. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Had a nightmare when my partner spilled water over a laptop containing work files in the week before Christmas. Spoke to the team and within 24 hours had the files removed and saved.
